Service Description
During this experiential modality you will feel more connected with the present moment, your intuition, and your emotional body. Prior to breathing we will talk briefly about what has been present for you in your life and I will assess and identify any breath holding patterns. I will then guide you through the breathwork practice. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling more connected to inner peace and stability, with more capacity to show up in life. After your session I will give you actionable steps on how you can begin to incorporate shorter breathwork practices into your daily routine. *** If you are new to the practice of breathwork, I highly recommend being guided by a breathwork facilitator. Breathwork is not a modality I would attempt alone for your first time practicing.
